5 Jun 2010The recent deal in the US senate is reported ( http://www.google.com/search?client=safari&rls=en&q=health+care+reform+94+percent&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8 ) to ensure that 94% of eligible americans receive health insurance. Does anyone know why it’s 94% – who makes up the 6% that won’t be covered? are these unemployed, childless men?
